Do You Work With Customer’s Stones or Family Jewelry?

We love reimagining old heirlooms, and creating jewelry pieces meant to be worn, not stored!

There is an inherent risk in handling and setting precious gemstones. We work with customer stones with the understanding that Saint K Jewelry is not reliable for any damage, loss, theft, or other protentional danger.

In order to work with your diamonds or gemstones, we recommend having a copy of the stone certification (GIA), a copy of the appraisal, and insurance policy covering the stone. Please note that an appraisal is not insurance.

How will I receive my jewelry?

We provide free shipping on all of our jewelry pieces, via USPS Priority mail. Each package is insured and tracked. Should a package be lost, Saint K will file a claim, and the cost of an item will be refunded once we receive the refunded USPS claim.

Do You Offer a Warranty?

We offer a limited guarantee against any manufacturer’s defect in material or craftsmanship. Please note, this does not include neglect, abuse, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.

Do You Offer Jewelry Repair?

After 6 months, we will repair Saint K pieces due to normal wear and tear at a discounted rate. Saint K reserves the right to decide what is considered normal wear and tear. We do not repair jewelry purchased from other stores or designers.
