Inspiration:
When Michelle first came to me to create a ring from her family diamonds, we learned we had something in common. We had both lost our mother’s too early in this life. Her mother always wore a diamond solitaire pendant necklace that Michelle adored. When Michelle got married, her mother gifted her with her own necklace.
Fast forward a few years, and the necklace went missing. Michelle and her then husband looked frantically around and tried to recover their steps, but didn’t find the necklace. Over lunch, she was distraught. She had lost her mom, and she cherished that necklace she wore. It was like a piece of her mom’s memory was gone. Miraculously, on the way back to the car, she found her necklace!
We created a cluster ring of both her and her mom’s diamond solitaires, along with stones from Michelle’s wedding band. Now she can wear her ring as a daily reminder of her mom.
